I was given a contact number for Shelley at Gentle Pace Transitions.  From that first phone call explaining our situation Shelley made me feel completely at ease.  I immediately felt that I had found someone who understood my needs, who would take care everything and that my Mom would be ok.

From the moment my Mom met Shelley, she too was at ease, and pleased to be part of the moving process.

Throughout the move I enjoyed regular e-mails updating me with the progress at each stage.

Shelley has made this transition from apartment to an assisted living suite, so seamless for my Mom, and for me has provided great comfort in knowing that she was so well taken care of throughout the process.  Working with Shelley, experiencing her commitment, compassion and sensitivity has made this experience worry free, so much more than I could have ever anticipated.

With me being so far away and knowing that there was such phenomenal support, and also ongoing support if needed, has been invaluable.  Our experience with Shelley, Gentle Pace Transitions has been fantastic. She has truly helped us “gently move through this life transition”.
